The Religious Education Office of Immaculate Conception Parish while recognizing parents as the primary teachers of their children, is committed to aiding the students to become true Disciples of Christ by means of a structured and systematic introduction to the person and message of Our Lord Jesus Christ. In presenting the fundamental truths of the Catholic Faith our catechesis will, as all instruction should “be based on Holy Scripture, tradition, liturgy, and on the teaching authority and life of the Church.

RE Registration & Payment

Registration Materials for 2026–2027

Step 1: Complete Both Online Forms

Both forms must be completed for registration to be finalized.

Step 2: Complete the Permission/Medical Form

The Diocese Permission/Medical Form is required for every student and must be kept on file.

Please complete and submit the form to Miss Zettek at Czettek@ics1.org or bring it to the Religious Education Office through Door 3.
