Parents,

We want your child to grow in faith every year—not just in the years when a sacrament is being celebrated.


Religious Education is more than sacramental preparation—it is a continuation of faith formation each year. Each grade builds upon the previous year, helping children grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus and His Church.


Our sacramental preparation is a two-year process, with the first year laying the foundation and the second year providing more focused preparation for receiving the sacraments. For this reason, we encourage families to enroll their children in Religious Education every year, not only during sacramental years.


We want to walk with your children year after year as they grow in faith, preparing not only for the sacraments, but for a lifelong relationship with Christ.


We invite you to make Religious Education a part of your child's life every year, from Kindergarten through 8th grade.

  • Sacraments

    Sacramental Program: is a two-year process, with children completing two years of Religious Education before receiving the sacraments.


    First Communion/ First Reconciliation 

    This is a two year program offered in first and second grade. Parents must:


    • Provide a Baptismal Certificate
    • See that child completes two years of catechesis (First and Second Grade)
    • Attend Parent Meetings
    • Child attends 1st Holy Communion Retreat


    Confirmation

    This is a two-year program offered in seventh and eighth grade. Candidates must:


    • Complete two years of catechesis in a satisfactory manner (Seventh and Eighth Grade)
    • Attend Confirmation Retreat
    • Complete varies assignments & return required forms.
    • Attend Mass
    • Attend Confirmation Parent Meeting
    • Attend Confirmation Sponsor Meeting- Candidate & Sponsor
    • Seventh and Eighth graders are encouraged to live their Catholic faith through Mass, devotions, Adoration, knowing their prayers, and serving others in the community as part of the preparation for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
